Strutting on stage in a yellow blazer and high-waisted pants, the blonde bombshell performed her mixtape cut “Pu$$y” and New Classicsingle “Murda Bizness.” She also treated her Azaleans to the first performance of “Beat Down,” her electro-dance collaboration with DJ Steve Aoki.
The Aussie rap diva is gearing up for the release of her 6-track EP Glory, slated to drop this month.
In addition to reuniting with Sophia Grace and Rosie, Nicki Minaj hit the stage on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” with a medley of her Roman Reloadedsingles. Sitting in her throne, the hip-hop queen performed “Right By My Side” for the first time on television, accompanied by her male dancers, before delving into her hit “Starships.” The video for “Right By My Side” is expected to premiere in the next week.
Tyga kicks it old school in the video for his Careless World single “Still Got It” featuring Drake. Set in Harlem in the early ’90s, the Young Money rapper spits game to a girl, while wearing a Fendi bucket hat, puffy jacket, gold chains, and holding a retro cell phone. But after his leading lady (Audra Simmons of RichGirl) walks away with another guy, gunfire erupts and the block disperses. Drake does not appear in the video, but look for a cameo from Teyana Taylor.
Rick Ross passes the torch to his 25-year-old protégé Meek Mill on the DJ Drama-hosted Dreamchasers 2, the follow-up to his 2011 mixtape. The Philly rapper, who will hit the road on Drake’s “Club Paradise” tour tonight, pulls out the big guns including Drizzy, 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Fabolous, Trey Songz, Wale, and more on the prequel to his Maybach Music Group debut Dreams and Nightmares, due August 28. The one-and-a-half-year-old was fresh in head-to-toe denim, a bandana around his head, and Jeremy Scott x adidas Wings 2.0 sneakers while sitting courtside with his famous parents at Sunday’s game.
“Taking EG to see his favorite sport!! He’s totally obsessed!” tweeted Alicia, while her husband brought some good luck to his home team (He has never been to a losing game).

Nicki Minaj gets stuck in a moment in her much-anticipated commercial for Pepsi entitled “Now in a Moment.” Time freezes for a young couple as they explore the beach, a tomato throwing festival, fashion show, and concert, where the “Starships” rapper is performing on stage. After opening a can of Pepsi, life resumes.
The spot, which is part of the soft drink maker’s “Live for Now” campaign, was shot earlier this year in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with Nicki’s hit single “Moment 4 Life” used as the soundtrack.
T.I. and Iggy Azalea are not the only ones on the receiving end of Azealia Banks’ wrath. The Harlem firecracker had some words for her idol Lil’ Kim after a collaboration went south.

Swizz Beatz shared his passion for art with his wife Alicia Keys. The superstar couple attended the gallery opening for Shepard Fairey at Pace Prints in New York on Friday, scoping out the artwork and chatting with the Obey founder.
“How 1 man can have all that Power!!!!!!!” said Swizzy, whose favorite artists include Basquiat and Keith Haring, while Alicia was moved by one particular piece. “This is one of my favorites…. Stirs me…. Her face, those words… AND the piece is metal! Makes it even more powerful to me!” she tweeted.
The art aficionado credits his wife for keeping him organized. “She’s very organized. She’s very balanced,” he told “MTV’s Hip Hop POV.” “She makes me a more organized person. She comes with the schedule.”
In addition to working on his mixtape Limitless, Swizz is developing a big and tall clothing line for Reebok with Rick Ross.
